Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Senior Outreach Program Coordinator in the College of Liberal Arts to recruit and enroll undergraduate students. The role involves developing recruitment programs, handling communications with prospective students, and coordinating campus and off‑campus events.

You will work with Admissions and COLA leadership to shape enrollment priorities, supervise the Dean’s Ambassadors, and travel within Texas as needed to represent COLA at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across units and travel nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll undergraduate students for COLA programs.
• Develop and manage office procedures, ensuring data integrity.
• Assist with special projects and leadership-directed tasks.
• Engage prospective students by phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct information sessions and campus tours about COLA and admissions.
• Coordinate recruitment events, budgets, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Admissions and COLA leadership to set enrollment priorities.
• Supervise COLA Dean’s Ambassadors and train volunteers.
