Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field and 2 years supervisory experience.
• Two years supervisory experience in Job Corps or similar setting favorable.
• Strong public speaking and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Outreach and Admissions Specialists team.
• Ensure contract performance meets DOL and OA goals.
• Contribute to procedures and standards aligned with PRH and OA requirements.
• Oversee activities of OA staff and conduct weekly team calls.
• Perform site visits to NEAP centers and outlying offices; travel as needed.
• Negotiate assignments and monitor OA staff allocations to meet program goals.
• Develop and monitor community and employer partnerships to raise program awareness.
