Responsibilities
- Performs advanced prescription order preparation up to pharmacist check.
- Maintains accurate patient billing and cash handling procedures.
- Provides direct and indirect patient service with PRIDE standards.
- Uses Epic and related systems for inventory and dispensing.
- Supports regulatory readiness and quality/compliance efforts.
- Assists with inventory management and accurate drug counts.
- Mentors junior technicians and participates in process improvements.
