Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Product Integrity Engineer for the Ninja Outdoor team. You will be embedded in the New Product Development process, ensuring quality is designed in from the start and not inspected in.

You’ll lead validation activities, DFMEA, DVP&R, design reviews, and process controls across cross-functional teams to protect product quality before mass production. The role offers exposure to senior leadership, and collaboration with Engineering, ID, Manufacturing, and Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Product Development, Human Factors Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of engineering experience with design verification/validation in consumer goods.
• Hands-on experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, design reviews, and engineering change management.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles and validation methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews, DFMEA, DVP&R, and safety reviews across NPD to identify risks.
• Define and execute DVP&R plans aligned with product requirements and standards.
• Analyze ECNs to assess quality impact and prevent regression.
• Review manufacturing/test docs to ensure QC requirements are met before production.
• Participate in DFM reviews to ensure designs consider process capability.
