Job summary

Burlington Building Materials Inc is expanding its Senior Sales & Hardscape / Outdoor Division Lead role in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. You will build and grow the outdoor division, lead relationships with hardscape contractors, pool builders, landscape architects, and custom home builders, and set go-to-market strategies and pricing approaches.

Qualifications

• 7-15+ years of experience in hardscape products, outdoor materials, stone/pavers/porcelain or related categories.
• Strong existing network in the DFW market.
• Proven track record of sales performance and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand relationships with hardscape contractors, pool builders, landscape architects & designers, and custom home builders.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for outdoor products.
• Drive sales growth through existing accounts and new client acquisition.
• Collaborate on product sourcing, pricing, and inventory strategy.
