Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience turning discovery into measurable business value.
• Evidence of using research, data, and experiments to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, outcomes, priorities, and roadmap from discovery to sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, set metrics, risks, and learning windows.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments to test critical assumptions and inform investments.
• Align partners across disciplines and escalate decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with Product Insights to measure outcomes and advise on continuation or scaling.
• Prepare owners to sustain adoption, governance, funding, and benefits after transfer.
