Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking anOut­bound Product Manager for EmployeeWorks to shape product strategy, GTM, and partner enablement within our AI Native SKU portfolio. You will drive adoption across business units and build a scalable partner ecosystem to deliver at scale.

You will own customer deployment orchestration, guiding routing models (partner-led, self-serve, or professional services), and establish clear handoffs and support structures.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management or GTM leadership experience in B2B SaaS/platform environments.
• Track record of driving cross-functional alignment and launching products at scale.
• Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems, channel programs, or customer communities.
• Familiarity with deployment orchestration or post-sale adoption workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across product, sales, services, and partner orgs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product leadership and enablement teams to develop adoption plans for EmployeeWorks within AI Native positioning.
• Create capability narratives, ROI talking points, and business cases for each BU to position EmployeeWorks.
• Align cross-BU messaging for a consistent EmployeeWorks story across the organization.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional obstacles to adoption and enablement gaps.
• Design and operationalize the customer deployment playbook and routing model.
• Establish orchestration protocol with clear handoffs, escalation triggers, and support models.
• Monitor funnel health and iterate on routing decisions to improve time-to-value.
• Work with sales, services, and customer success for seamless execution.
• Develop a comprehensive partner enablement program: training, playbooks, templates.
• Define partner success metrics and feedback loops to drive improvements.
