Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate in Marketing to manage day‑to‑day digital and performance marketing campaigns for U.S. Card outbound channels.

The role emphasizes conversion‑driven campaigns, hands‑on Ad Ops, testing design, and in‑house execution across Google Ads, Yahoo, Microsoft, and related platforms. The position partners with Legal, Compliance, Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Technology to optimize campaigns, develop new creative suites, and drive data‑backed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience is required.
• 2+ years of email or display ad marketing experience.
• 2+ years of experience planning and implementing digital marketing strategies utilizing Google or other inbox servicing ad platforms.
• 2+ years of experience analyzing and evaluating campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaign testing across ad creative, landing pages, audiences, and channel expansion.
• Manage outbound performance marketing campaigns from planning to reporting with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Oversee end‑to‑end ad operations to launch campaigns with error‑free execution and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data, and Technology to implement Display strategies.
