Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to drive Meta-based social campaigns within U.S. Card Performance Marketing.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to test, optimize, and scale acquisition efforts, ensuring rigorous process discipline and data-driven decision making. You should bring 2+ years in paid social marketing on Meta platforms, plus strong Excel/Sheets skills and the ability to present findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience required.
• 2+ years of paid social marketing experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• 1+ year of experience trafficking Meta campaigns.
• 2+ years of Excel and Google Sheets experience.
• 1+ year of experience with Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with channel team to plan and implement Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Scope future tests with Meta and channel teams, optimizing test structures.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Brand Marketing, Analytics, Data, Technology to execute Meta strategies.
• Maintain platform documentation, plan launch timings, and ensure controlled processes.
• Create briefs for upcoming tests and manage the channel creative library.
• Communicate performance marketing metrics and results clearly in presentations.
