Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to join the U.S. Card Performance Marketing social team. The role focuses on Meta presence (Facebook and Instagram) and supports the channel learning agenda through tests and collaboration with platform partners.

The incumbent will coordinate with internal teams to execute Meta strategies, manage campaign trafficking, and create briefs for upcoming tests, with a strong emphasis on data-driven optimization and performance marketing fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
• 2+ years of paid social marketing experience with Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
• 1+ year of trafficking Meta campaigns.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• 1+ year of experience with Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with channel team to plan and implement Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Scope future tests with Meta team and channel team to structure high-leverage tests.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Brand Marketing, Analytics, Data, Technology to execute Meta strategies end to end.
• Maintain platform documentation, plan launch timings, and ensure processes are followed.
• Create creative briefs and maintain the channel creative library.
