Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Outbound Marketing Strategy & Operations - Performance Marketing (Hybrid) to manage day-to-day digital and performance campaigns for U.S. Card channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 2+ years in email or display ad marketing.
• 2+ years planning digital marketing using Google or similar platforms.
• 2+ years analyzing campaign performance.
• 2+ years in paid media & performance marketing.
• 2+ years in D2C marketing.
• 2+ years in project management.
• 1+ year in social media or search engine marketing.
• Experience in financial industry or media agency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaign testing across creatives, landing pages, audiences, and channels.
• Manage outbound performance campaigns from planning to analysis and reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end ad operations to ensure error-free launches and optimization.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Brand Marketing, CX, Analytics, Data, and Tech teams.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop new creatives for a seamless customer journey.
• Serve as SME in outbound marketing platforms, settings, tracking, and inventory types.
• Demonstrate initiative, organize workloads, and learn new marketing platform features.
• Work with high-performing teammates and external/internal partners.
