Job summary

Capital One is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Marketing to design and manage omnichannel prospect campaigns within the Card Partnerships business. You’ll drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across partner programs with data‑driven insights and cross‑functional collaboration.

You’ll work on a fast‑paced team to craft campaigns, test creative, and optimize performance, leveraging Marketing Cloud and other internal platforms to personalize outreach and improve new customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or project management
• At least 2 years experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs
• At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams and developing creative optimization frameworks

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute marketing strategies for new, innovative multi‑channel campaigns across owned channels.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to build and launch marketing intent, including Creative, Segmentation, and Journey Builds through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other internal platforms.
• Leverage insights & performance results to identify opportunities to optimize marketing programs via creative testing or adopting new marketing technologies.
• Write clear and concise creative briefs, test documents, test plans and strategies, driving continued performance and optimization against KPIs across channels
• Merchandize and socialize marketing & business results with broader stakeholder groups across the Partnerships, Card, and Enterprise through data‑backed storytelling.
• Collaborate with multiple cross‑functional teams including creative agencies, analytics, research, operations, legal and client/partner.
