Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
• At least 2 years of paid social marketing experience with Meta platforms.
• At least 1 year of trafficking Meta campaigns.
• At least 2 years of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• At least 1 year of Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with channel team for planning and implementation of Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Scope future tests with Meta team and channel team, focusing on high-leverage test structures.
• Coordinate across internal teams (Compliance, Brand Marketing, Analytics, Data, Tech) to execute Meta strategies end-to-end.
• Maintain platform documentation, plan launch timings, and ensure well-managed processes with QA support.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, strong organization, and ability to learn new digital marketing platforms.
• Create creative briefs to support tests and maintain the channel creative library.
• Understand performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with high-performing teammates and cross-enterprise partners.
• Work with large data sets in Excel/Google Sheets and track metrics.
• Create presentations and clearly communicate insights via PowerPoint/Google Slides.
