Square is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive to join the Outbound Team. You will own the full outbound sales cycle—from prospecting to close—targeting mid-market merchants and shaping multi-product solutions across Square’s ecosystem.

In this role you will build a strong pipeline, conduct high-impact discovery and demos, and negotiate to close deals. A successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and excels at collaborating cross-functionally.

Formación

• 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling multi-product ecosystems and closing complex deals.
• Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market merchants.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through cold outreach and targeted campaigns.
• Develop multi-product solutions across Square’s ecosystem tailored to each merchant.
• Partner with Business Development on lead flow while pursuing net-new logos.
• Conduct discovery, demos, and negotiations with multi-stakeholder buyers.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Operations to deliver cohesive solutions.
