Square, a leader in omnichannel solutions, is hiring a Senior Sales Account Executive for its Outbound Team in the United States. You will own the full outbound cycle, build a strong pipeline, and close multi-product deals with mid-market merchants.

You will collaborate across product and marketing, manage opportunities in Salesforce, and continuously hit revenue targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a full cycle closing role.
• Demonstrated exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
• Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Business development experience (new logo sourcing and acquisition).

Responsibilities

• Own the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market merchants.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through cold outreach and targeted campaigns.
• Develop multi-product solutions across Square’s ecosystem for each merchant.
• Partner with Business Development on lead flow while driving net-new logos.
• Conduct discovery, demos, and negotiations with multi-stakeholder deals.
• Act as a consultant and trusted advisor across BDR, AE, and AM responsibilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Implementation and Operations.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
