Job summary

Square is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive to drive outbound growth across diverse industries. You will own the full cycle from prospecting through close, building a robust pipeline and tailoring multi-product solutions to each merchant’s needs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of full-cycle sales, a track record of exceeding targets, and experience with Salesforce. This role offers remote-friendly options and a dynamic, high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of full cycle sales experience with proven targets.
Experience selling a multi-product ecosystem and closing complex deals.
Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Own the full outbound sales cycle—from prospecting to close—for mid-market merchants.
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline via cold outreach and campaigns.
Develop multi-product solutions across Square’s ecosystem for each merchant.
Partner with Business Development on lead flow while driving net-new logos.
Conduct discovery, demos, and negotiations with multi-stakeholder teams.
Act as a consultant and trusted advisor across BDR, AE, and AM roles.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Operations.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
Consistently hit and exceed revenue goals monthly and quarterly.
