Square in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive on our Outbound Team to bring Square’s ecosystem to mid-market merchants. You’ll own the full outbound sales cycle, build a high-quality pipeline, and close multi-product deals with independence and strategic rigor.

You have 5+ years of full-cycle selling, a BA/BS, a track record of over-achieving targets, and means to collaborate across teams. Zone pay ranges in the US apply; starting pay is zone-based and may vary by location.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience closing mid-market deals.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and selling a multi-product ecosystem.
• Ability to independently drive deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in business development / new logo acquisition.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market merchants.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline via cold outreach and social selling.
• Develop multi-product solutions across Square’s ecosystem for each merchant.
• Collaborate with Business Development and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
