Job summary

Square in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive to lead outbound sales efforts for mid-market merchants. You will own the full sales cycle, build multi-product solutions, and close complex deals from first touch to final close.

You will manage a high-quality pipeline, partner with Business Development, and collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver cohesive solutions while consistently meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience and a proven track record of closing complex deals.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience exceeding sales targets and selling a multi-product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market merchants.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through targeted campaigns.
• Develop multi-product solutions across Square’s ecosystem tailored to merchants.
• Partner with Business Development on lead flow while driving net-new logos.
• Conduct discovery, demos, and negotiations with multi-stakeholder buyers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Implementation.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
