Job summary

PL Developments LLC in Lynwood, CA is seeking a Senior Compounder to prepare and compound OTC products per approved formulas and GMP standards. The role includes weighing ingredients, operating mixing equipment, maintaining batch records, and handling inventory transactions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, and willingness to work overtime with flexible shifts (1/2/3).

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Excellent communication, mathematical and writing skills.
• Must be able to read and follow written directions in English.
• Forklift certification required.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends with flexible shifts 1/2/3.

Responsibilities

• Follow formulas to prepare OTC products and record batch details.
• Log and reconcile batch records accurately.
• Navigate Oracle inventory system to manage transactions.
• Determine batch characteristics and ingredient weights per specifications.
• Pre-weigh ingredients to specification and reconcile usage for each batch.
• Operate mixing equipment and valves to compound batches.
• Adjust temperature, time, and speed per the compounding formula.
• Record quantities of materials used and ensure proper transfer to holding tanks.
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance throughout the process.
