Job summary

This position offers a competitive compensation range of $19.00 – $26.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cosmetic, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Ability to batch single-phase batches using cold processes.
• Good understanding of chemical process parameters (temperature, pH, viscosity).
• Basic mechanical skills to disassemble and assemble equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and blend raw materials to create personal care and OTC products.
• Operate various manufacturing equipment and ensure proper cleaning and sanitation.
• Monitor quality output to avoid out-of-spec products.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production processes.
• Perform tasks with safety in mind for self and others.
