HTI is hiring Compounder I candidates for a leading pharmaceutical client in Greenville, SC. The role offers a full-time, 2nd shift position with pay at $24.08 per hour and overtime opportunities in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to build a long-term career in pharma manufacturing. Previous manufacturing or pharma experience is preferred, with WorkKeys Certification required and a High School Diploma or GED. Benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Perform mixing and compounding operations following batch instructions.
• Operate equipment such as tanks, mixers, pumps, and scales.
• Prepare materials and equipment for production processes.
• Accurately complete batch records in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Support tanker unloading and material handling activities.
• Maintain clean and compliant work areas and equipment.
• Assist with pilot batches and production support tasks.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
