Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years in government contracting proposals.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and OTA proposals.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SharePoint, RFPIO/Loopio.

Responsibilities

• Analyze solicitations to develop compliance matrices and outlines.
• Manage end-to-end proposal development and color team reviews.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Pricing, and Program Management.
• Lead OTA proposals under 10 U.S.C. 4021–4022; ensure regulatory alignment.
• Ensure final packages meet formatting and submission requirements.
