Job summary
ServiceNow is seeking a sales leader to drive new business for its OT/Cyber-Physical Systems portfolio across state and local government accounts in the US West. You will develop plans, conduct prospect research, and execute field-based sales strategies to win opportunities.
The role requires 7+ years in software sales, prior US Government experience, and deep cybersecurity/OT knowledge to advise customers on risk posture and regulatory needs, while coordinating a virtual team of specialists.
Qualifications
- Experience leveraging AI to improve work processes or decision-making.
- 7+ years of software or solutions sales experience.
- Must have prior US Government sales experience (State/Local/Federal).
- Experience selling cybersecurity or OT/ICS security solutions.
- Knowledge of state and local government or critical infrastructure sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with OT and cybersecurity leaders within state and local government.
- Build and lead account strategy across a broad virtual team to cover IT and OT stakeholders.
- Be a trusted advisor on OT security posture and regulatory obligations and map ServiceNow OT portfolio to client needs.
- Identify and bring in OT/ICS security or Armis experts when needed.
