Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced enterprise salesperson to drive new business in OT/cyber-physical security for state and local government across the US West. You will strategize with cross-functional teams and engage senior security leaders to articulate risk and ROI.

You will build trusted relationships, lead complex deals, and exceed targets while navigating government procurement cycles and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software or solutions sales experience, preferably in government or public sector.
• Experience selling cybersecurity, especially OT/ICS security or asset security.
• Proven ability to develop new business, negotiate deals and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience selling into state and local government or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with OT and cybersecurity leaders within state and local government.
• Build and lead account strategy across a broad virtual team with various specialists.
• Be a trusted advisor by understanding customer OT risk posture and advising on ServiceNow's OT security portfolio.
• Identify and bring in the right specialist or support resource at the right time.
