Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 4-6 years administrative and/or office management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments required.
• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgements.

Responsibilities

• Support OT Clinical Education team and processes, verify placements, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Provide advanced administrative OT chair support, faculty data coordination, accreditation data collection, and event planning.
