Job summary

Future Cloud Technologies seeks a Senior OT Operations Support Manager to lead OT infrastructure, MES, SCADA, and associated systems across pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. You will drive reliability, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance while partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT, Validation, and Digital Transformation teams.

The role requires 8–10 years in OT operations, 3–5 years of leadership, and expertise in GMP/GxP, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in OT operations or industrial automation in pharma or life sciences.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing OT teams and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT infrastructure and MES/SCADA systems across facilities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, GxP, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, IT, and Validation teams.
• Oversee upgrades, patching, maintenance, and cybersecurity controls.
