Lonza, a global leader in life sciences, is seeking an OT Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain OT systems across regulated manufacturing facilities. You will ensure system reliability, cybersecurity, and GMP compliance while supporting CSV activities in alignment with 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP 5.

Key responsibilities include ownership of OT systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, BAS/BMS, LIMS/LMS), backup testing, project execution, lab automation support, and cross-functional problem solving.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Pharma/GMP experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own OT systems lifecycle management including architecture, configuration and asset documentation.
• Maintain validated backups and perform restoration testing for OT platforms.
• Lead OT scope in equipment installations, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and validation with Eng. & IT.
• Support lab instrument integration with OT infrastructure and troubleshooting of workflows.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for automation faults and network issues with cross-functional teams.
• Implement OT cybersecurity controls, manage user access and patching, support audits with validation.
• Author SOPs and validation documents, drive automation optimization and digital transformation.
