The position requires a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and Minnesota licensure (or eligibility), plus 3+ years of post-licensure OT experience. It supports a day shift, ~32 hours/week, with travel up to 50% across facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice occupational therapy in Minnesota or be eligible to obtain licensure in Minnesota prior to appointment.
• Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 3 years of professional, post-licensure occupational therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and mentoring to OT and OTA staff to support evidence-based practices and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Provides direct coverage and support to OT and OTA staff at sites in MHSATS.
• Maintain required clinical competency through continuing education and regulatory training to meet hospital appointment requirements.
• Development and coordination of OT student fieldwork and internship program.
