State of Minnesota is seeking an Occupational Therapist Senior to oversee OT services across MHSATS facilities in Minnesota. The role includes mentoring OT/OTA staff, ensuring evidence-based practice, and coordinating student fieldwork, while maintaining clinical competency and regulatory compliance.

The position requires Minnesota licensure or eligibility, a Master's degree in OT, and at least 3 years post-licensure OT experience. Travel up to 50% and a day shift schedule are typical.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice occupational therapy in Minnesota or eligible to obtain licensure in MN.
• Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 3 years of professional, post-licensure OT experience.
• Experience with trauma-informed care is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide training and mentoring to OT and OTA staff to support evidence-based practices, regulatory standards, and high-level licensure practice.
• Provide direct coverage and additional support to OT/OTA staff at sites in MHSATS.
• Maintain required clinical competency through continuing education and safety/regulatory training to meet hospital appointment and privileging requirements.
• Develop and coordinate OT student fieldwork and internship programs.
