Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice OT in Minnesota or be eligible for Minnesota licensure.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 3 years of professional, post-licensure occupational therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and mentoring to OT and OTA staff to support evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance.
• Provides direct coverage and additional support to OT and OTA staff at sites in MHSATS.
• Maintain required clinical competency through continuing education and regulatory training to meet hospital appointment and privileging requirements.
• Development and coordination of OT student fieldwork and internship program.
