Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager in Massachusetts to lead complex OT/ICS security engagements for critical infrastructure clients. You will direct delivery teams, build trusted relationships with CISOs and VP-level leaders, and contribute to business development across the OT security market.

You will guide governance structures, multi-year roadmaps, and CSOC builds while mentoring consultants and delivering high-quality outcomes. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles.
• 7+ years of consulting experience delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, mentoring and developing consultants.
• 5+ years of experience leading OT security assessments, program design, or managed security implementations.
• 5+ years of engagement with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders on OT risk, compliance, and program strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years); Associate's degree with 6+ years acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements across critical infrastructure clients, owning delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute OT security program strategies, including roadmaps, governance, CSOC build-outs, and technology investments.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client CISOs and VP-level leaders on OT risk, regulatory compliance, and program maturity.
• Drive client growth through relationship development and proactive identification of security gaps.
• Oversee and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring quality across deliverables.
• Lead OT security business development, RFP responses, and proposal strategy.
