Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead and support security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and help implement OT/ICS security solutions, working with client engineers and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

You’ll contribute as an SME on active OT security pursuits and help Accenture win new work while maintaining delivery excellence. Travel may be required up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in OT/ICS environments (electric utilities, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with IC technologies including SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs
• Minimum 3 years of cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management, IAM in OT, and monitoring/incident response
• Minimum 3 years of experience with IC/OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP)
• Minimum 3 years of experience producing and presenting security deliverables, assessment reports, and findings to technical and executive audiences
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support hands-on OT security engagements across industrial environments
• Assess, design, and help implement OT/ICS security solutions
• Collaborate with client IT/OT teams, system integrators, and OEM vendors
• Contribute to RFP responses, solution reviews, and proposal content
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps
• Support OT security program development including governance, policies, and procedures
• Serve as SME on active OT security pursuits balancing client delivery
• Provide reusable assets and delivery excellence across engagements
• Travel may be required (0–100%)
