Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex OT security programs for critical infrastructure clients in the US. You will direct delivery teams, build trusted relationships with CISOs and VP‑level stakeholders, and contribute to business development across the OT security practice.

You will shape multi‑year roadmaps, governance structures, CSOC initiatives, and technology investments while mentoring teams and ensuring quality across deliverables.

Qualifications

• OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security experience.
• Experience leading multi‑stream OT security programs and client engagements.
• Strong executive presence with C‑suite stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and shape opportunities.
• Ability to mentor consultants and drive quality across deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi‑workstream OT security engagements across critical infrastructure clients, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute OT security program strategies, roadmaps, governance, and investment plans.
• Advise CISOs and VP‑level leaders on OT risk, compliance, and program maturity.
• Drive business development and win strategies; contribute to proposals and RFPs.
• Mentor and oversee consultants; manage engagement economics including staffing and margins.
