Job summary

Accenture, a global professional services company, is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex OT security engagements for critical infrastructure clients in the U.S. You will direct delivery teams, build trusted relationships with CISOs and VP-level leaders, and contribute to business development across the OT security market.

You will balance strategic vision with operational accountability, ensure delivery quality on your accounts, mentor a team of consultants, and help

Qualifications

• 10+ years OT/ICS cybersecurity experience.
• 7+ years consulting delivering OT security programs to major clients.
• 5+ years leading teams of consultants and senior consultants.
• 5+ years engaging with C-suite on OT risk and strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements for critical infrastructure clients.
• Develop and execute OT security roadmaps, governance, and CSOC plans.
• Advise CISOs and VP-level leaders on OT risk, compliance, and program maturity.
• Drive client growth through relationship development and proactive scoping.
• Mentor a team of consultants; ensure quality across deliverables.
• Shape win strategy in OT security pursuits and proposals.
• Represent Accenture OT security capabilities at events and workshops.
• Create reusable assets and partnerships with OT technology vendors.
• Manage engagement economics: staffing, forecasting, and margins.
