Qualifications

• 10+ years of OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles.
• 7+ years of consulting experience delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients.
• 5+ years of people leadership including mentoring and developing consultants.
• 5+ years leading OT security assessments, program design, or managed security implementations across multiple industries.
• 5+ years engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders on OT risk, compliance, and program strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements across critical infrastructure clients, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute OT security program strategies, roadmaps, governance, CSOC build-outs, and investment plans.
• Advise CISOs and VP-level leaders on OT risk, regulatory compliance, and program maturity.
• Drive growth through relationship development, scope expansion, and identifying capability gaps.
• Mentor and oversee a team of consultants and managers, ensuring quality across deliverables.
• Contribute to OT security wins, RFP responses, and proposal strategy.
• Represent Accenture’s OT security capabilities externally through engagements and thought leadership.
