Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services under the supervision of a licensed OT in our assisted living, independent living, and memory care communities. Responsibilities include direct patient care, supervision of Rehab Techs, and active participation in case management and community programs while ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines.

Occasional collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is expected to enhance patient

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Strong problem-solving and clinical skills to plan and adjust patient care.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration with therapy and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Supervise Rehab Techs where required and participate in case management.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations including billing and documentation.
• Maintain patient-centered interactions with communities and clients.
• Build and contribute to the occupational therapy assistant program within the community.
