Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy across community settings. You will screen, evaluate, and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, discharge plans, and supervise assistants and rehab techs.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensure compliant documentation, and uphold state and federal regulations. Travel between communities is required, with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• NBCOT certification and state OT license where applicable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation.
• Ability to travel between communities during scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to optimize patients' function.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Create discharge plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and rehab techs.
• Ensure accurate billing and documentation in the medical record.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to state/federal regulations.
