Qualifications

• Experience in OT environments and governance.
• Experience with end-to-end issues management and defects.
• Ability to build SOPs, trackers, and reporting templates.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing/OT safety and quality.
• Familiarity with security architectures and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Review OT system designs for alignment with enterprise standards.
• Maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, and docs.
• Support change review boards and architecture forums.
• Lead defect intake, triage, and remediation cycles.
• Track defects and remediation progress; report status.
• Facilitate weekly defect review meetings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with OT architects, cybersecurity, and product owners.
• Develop standard work and LEAN improvements.
• Provide architecture oversight for OT solutions.
