Job summary

Ziply Fiber seeks a Senior Manager, Outside Plant (OSP) Construction based in the United States. This role leads field operations, scaling construction across assigned markets, and delivering homes-passed targets safely and on budget.

It requires deep FTTH expertise, strong production discipline, and the ability to drive performance at the crew level. Expect travel to active markets and leadership of contractor and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in OSP or fiber construction with field leadership.
• Experience managing multi-market or multi-state construction programs.
• Willingness to travel regularly to active and emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and lead new market OSP construction operations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and safety/quality for projects.
• Coordinate schedules with contractors, property owners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee contracts bidding, negotiation, and approvals.
• Align construction teams with engineering to maintain flow.
