Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Senior Manager, Outside Plant (OSP) Construction to lead new market launches and scale field crews to deliver on-time, on-budget fiber builds. This hands-on leadership role requires FTTH expertise and a proven ability to drive safety, quality, and production discipline.

Based in Fargo, ND or nearby, you will manage multi-market construction programs, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, and ensure adherence to Ziply Fiber standards while expanding our fiber

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of ten years in OSP experience, including splicing and construction.
• Minimum of five years of leadership/people management experience.
• Experience managing budgets and multi-market construction programs.
• Willingness to travel across active and emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead stand-up and scale of new market OSP construction programs.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, schedules and safety/quality of work.
• Coordinate with contractors, property management, customers, and vendors.
• Enforce Ziply Fiber construction quality standards through inspections.
• Mentor OSP Construction Managers and Contract Administrators.
