Job summary

Ziply Fiber seeks a Senior Manager for Outside Plant (OSP) Construction to launch new markets and scale field operations. This hands-on leadership role directs contractor crews and internal teams to deliver homes-passed targets safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Reporting to the Vice President, Production Planning, you will drive multi-market expansion, standardize practices, and partner with municipalities, pole owners, and engineering to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years in OSP experience, including splicing and construction.
• Minimum of five years in leadership/people management.
• Experience managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Stand up new market operations including contractor onboarding.
• Staffing, budgets, schedules and safety for OSP construction projects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to maintain uninterrupted construction flow.
