Ziply Fiber in Beaverton, Oregon, seeks a Senior OSP Engineer to lead fiber project delivery, permitting and ROW coordination. The role focuses on outside plant design, cable counts, and records management to enable network growth.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and vendors. This role requires relocation readiness to Beaverton and PST-aligned work hours with on-call availability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years telecommunication outside plant fiber design experience.
• 3+ years ROW, private easement and permitting with local/state/federal entities.
• Knowledge of outside plant design, cable count layout and capacities.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Proactive review of outside plant facilities to identify upgrades.
• Coordinate with departments for proper project planning.
• Attend preconstruction meetings for project designs.
• Prepare cost estimates based on project type and needs.
• Maintain accurate cable records and update As-Builts.
• Apply for permits (State, DNR, City, County, Townships) and manage ROW/easements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to internal teams and vendors.
• Work regular PST hours; on-call, evenings and weekends as needed.
