Job summary

ZiplyFiber in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Senior Outside Plant (OSP) Engineer to lead fiber OSP projects from design to deployment. This role requires regular field travel within the assigned territory and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; or 5+ years OSP experience.
• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications outside plant project mgmt.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Plans and designs OSP facilities, validates designs and budgets.
• Manages permitting, ROW coordination with authorities.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Ensures project milestones meet deadlines.
