Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Prior electronic medical records (EMR) experience is preferred.
• Must have knowledge of medical terminology; customer service skills essential.
• Six months' customer service experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with multi-disciplinary team to ensure medical services are appropriately scheduled.
• Review procedure/surgery orders and schedule resources.
• Register patients and work the front desk.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Serve as EMR super user.
• Manage provider schedules.
