Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MHA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Executive leadership experience within a large physician-owned private medical practice.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-site healthcare operations.
• Strong financial management and business planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for a multi-site orthopedic practice with 25 physicians, 16 APPs, and 8 locations.
• Execute the strategic direction established by physician leadership.
• Lead operational excellence across all practice locations.
• Drive growth through strategic planning and operational execution.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance.
• Manage revenue cycle operations and optimize financial performance.
• Develop and lead management teams while promoting accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure high-quality patient experiences across all locations.
• Use data analytics and KPIs to guide organizational decisions.
• Manage organizational change, growth, and integration.
