Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a physician practice preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities required.
• Experience with scheduling and staff development recommended.
• Familiarity with insurance billing and revenue cycle basics helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations and overall performance of the practice to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff, providing guidance and feedback.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve practice performance and financial outcomes.
• Oversees budgeting and financial analysis and participates in future budgeting.
• Monitors patient flow and provider time utilization; ensures staff coverage.
