Georgia Carolina Orthopedics is seeking an accomplished Practice Administrator to lead a premier orthopedic practice in the CSRA. The role requires a seasoned healthcare executive to direct strategy, operations, finances, patient experience, and growth across eight locations.

The ideal candidate has a decade of leadership in physician-owned private practice, delivers data-driven decisions, and fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and advanced degree preferred.
• MBA/MHA or equivalent graduate degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience in a large physician-owned private medical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for a multi-site orthopedic practice consisting of physicians, APPs, and locations.
• Execute the strategic direction established by physician leadership.
• Lead operational excellence across all practice locations.
• Drive growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance.
• Manage revenue cycle operations and private practice financial performance.
• Develop and lead management teams while promoting accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure consistently high-quality patient experiences across locations.
• Utilize data analytics and KPIs to guide organizational decisions.
• Manage organizational change, growth, and integration.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, providers, and staff.
