Job summary

OrthoAtlanta is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. The role involves recruitment, performance reviews, scheduling, and coordinating with the Area Operations Manager to implement improvements.

The position emphasizes leadership, compliance with healthcare regulations, and effective financial management in a busy orthopedic practice environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in healthcare leadership or management
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic policies
• Ability to supervise multiple staff and coordinate schedules
• Experience with end-of-day financials and deposits is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise practice staff and oversee staff meetings and timesheets
• Review PTO requests and conduct performance reviews
• Monitor patient satisfaction and drive process improvements
• Manage staff schedules and onboarding of new hires
• Coordinate with Area Operations Manager on operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal policies
• Handle daily financials, end-of-day reports and cash reconciliations
• Collaborate with marketing and physician liaison for community engagement
• Loster communications between clinic staff and senior management
• Ensure facility maintenance and equipment repairs with Area Operations Manager
