Job summary

TD is seeking a VP, TDS U.S. ORM Governance, Framework & Policy to lead governance, framework management, and policy development for operational risk across TD Securities U.S. The role focuses on regulatory alignment, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

The position requires extensive experience in risk management, governance, and regulatory initiatives, with emphasis on maturity of risk programs and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational risk programs and governance.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Exposure to regulatory initiatives (Fed/OCC/SEC/FINRA).

Responsibilities

• Lead ORM governance, framework management and policy development.
• Assess alignment with regulatory expectations and enterprise standards.
• Develop training and awareness materials for risk governance.
• Coordinate regulatory change implementation and governance documentation.
• Support regulatory examinations and remediation initiatives.
