Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Vice President to lead TD Securities U.S. Enterprise & Operational Risk Management in New York. You will coordinate risk governance, risk appetite oversight, and executive reporting to support strategic decision making.

The role requires 7+ years in risk management, strong analytical and communication skills, and extensive experience with governance committees and regulatory deliverables. The position is onsite in New York with a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Governance, Regulatory Affairs, Internal Audit, Compliance, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, written communication, presentation development, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and management reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive materials, risk assessments, strategic initiatives, and governance reporting for senior leadership and the Board.
• Coordinate governance activities for risk management committees and executive governance forums.
• Lead preparation of risk reporting and presentations for senior management and Board-level audiences; identify emerging risks and areas needing attention.
• Support the Enterprise Risk Management program by maintaining documentation, scoping risk programs, and improving reporting capabilities.
